At Winger's®, we believe nothing guarantees success more than thorough training. We also believe the most effective training is combining actual on the job experiences with classroom instruction on all aspects of managing and controlling the business. Each Winger's Grill and Bar® franchisee is trained at a company training store.
During the initial stages of the training, the franchisee learns each position in the restaurant. That means welcoming guests, running the cash register, cooking, even washing dishes. Every restaurant task is understood and perfected. The second stage involves the administrative functions performed by the store's management team. We've heard that our training is tiring and stressful, but we have also heard that it is a huge asset to all who have experienced it.
