HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Your first step would be to visit with us for half a day at our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City.

HOW MUCH IS THE FRANCHISE FEE?
The franchise fee is $35,000, which is paid when you execute your franchise agreement.

IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?
No. If your application is not approved, you owe nothing.

HOW MUCH ARE THE ROYALTIES?
The current royalty fee is 4% of your gross sales.

WILL YOU HELP ME GET MY STORE OPEN?
Yes. We have a team of professionals that can assist with site selection, design and layout, financing and equipment, fixtures and signage. We also provide an extensive training program and will be present to help you at your Grand Opening.

WILL I GET ASSISTANCE DURING THE OPENING OF MY RESTAURANT?
Yes. The company will send a training team for 7 - 14 days to assist in the operation of the store and the training of your staff.

WHERE DO I GET THE PRODUCTS I SERVE?
Our corporate purchasing organization will provide you with a list of approved vendors for most of the products offered. The company is leveraging its buying power for the benefit of the Franchisees and the consistency and quality of then menu.

HOW DO I SELECT THE RIGHT SITE?
Location, Location, Location. We have site selection partners that will assist you in finding the correct location. One of your management team members will come to your area and approve your site. We are looking for a location that is approximately 4000 - 4500 square feet.

WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE SALES AND PROFIT LEVELS?
We wish we could tell you. The truth us we can't discuss the numbers with you but you are welcome to contact any and all of our current franchisees to ask them to share that information.

IS THERE A TRAINING PROGRAM?
Yes. We provide a training program at our corporate stores and then send our training team to your location for 7 - 14 days to assist you in getting your store open as well as Grand Opening support. We do not charge for training, but you must pay the travel, lodging, food and wage related expenses for you and your employees during the 6 week training sessions.
